Where is our van going?
You’ve all seen us driving about. We’ve been coming to your local villages for so many years. We love doing it, we love helping people and 0ffering these free sessions. So yes, we’ve spent all these years moving all our mass of equipment to and from park events in coaches cars, loading and unloading all in the same day… sometimes within the same hour. Don’t get us wrong, its worth it because we absolutely love our park events. But it’s been difficult.
So, we sat down and spoke about how we could make this easier on us all. Not just that, we needed to ensure we weren’t wasting any time getting to and from events. Sometimes we have 2 and more events in one day all in different areas and we need to make sure we can get to these events as efficiently and as quickly as possible. So we sat and we talked a lot, we even ordered food (we always resort to food when we’re thinking) and we decided the best option, actually our only option was… to buy a van. Actually, we decided to buy a BIG van. As a matter of fact, it’s a HUGE van. We know, it sounds excessive and you’re probably asking if we really needed a huge van. But trust us, we really did need it. We host so many different activities and our Inflatable Zorbs take up a lot of room. Can you imagine trying to fit those into one of our coaches 3 door cars?! So yes, it was definitely a necessity. So now we can fill this van with all the equipment needed for all of our events and even more. You could say we are quite literally prepared for every event.
Now though, we faced a bigger problem. We had a van, we had equipment, we had events to attend. But we needed more events. So we rallied round and got the help of all of our local ward alliance along with the idea that we’d like to set up even more events.
So, did we get the help? Of course we did!
We want to send all our thanks to Cudworth Ward Alliance, South Ward Alliance, Darton North Ward Alliance, Darton East Ward Alliance, Darfield Ward Alliance, Old Town Ward Alliance and Wombwell Ward Alliance because thanks to them were now hosting so many more events within your local areas.
We’re visiting venues we’ve never visited before, bringing activities to you we never have before. This is what we do it all for. Being able to bring new and free sessions to your local villages is amazing. We hope we can expand further and do more and more sessions.
Our bookings for these events went live only last week and already we’ve had so many bookings from people who have never been to our sessions before. This is why a van was definitely necessary for us. We weren’t able to reach all the corners of Barnsley without our van, but now we can! So come and find us!
